Cottage & Motel Rates

RESERVATION

A deposit of 50% of the rental cost is required at the time of booking. We accept deposits of Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept postdated or personal cheques. Deposits, less, $25 service charge, may be refunded if cancellation is received 30 days prior to confirmed arrival date. Reservation may be transferred if notice is received 21 days prior to confirmed arrival date. Your deposit, (less $25 service charge) may be applied to alternate date, subject to availability.

No refunds can be given for days lost through late arrival or early departure. Your verbal authorization to use your credit card number for your deposit indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions.

Registrants who cancel with less than 72 hours prior go arrival are responsible for the balance of the rental agreement.

All rates are subject to GST and PST

Last minute cancellations result in vacancies for us; therefore our policy is firm. Rates may be subject to change without notice.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

Check-in time is any time after 4:00 pm. Check out is before 11:00 am. We would appreciate adherence to these times as all of our guests are important to us.

Reminder - we are a pet free resort!

STORM POLICY

Crescent Beach Cottages cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions which may affect travel.

Your reservation remains your responsibility unless Highway # 1 or Highway # 44 are closed by the Manitoba Department of Highways on the day of your confirmed arrival. In the event this does happen, Crescent Beach Cottages will offer a credit voucher in the amount of your deposit to be used within the same winter season.
